Product Description
SpecSeal® ES Sealant is a latex-based, highly elastomeric firestop sealant designed for construction joint applications. This gun-grade, thixotropic sealant is easy to apply, clean with water, and ideal for high-build applications on vertical and overhead surfaces with minimal drip. Once cured, it forms a flexible, durable barrier against the passage of fire, smoke, and sound.
Engineered for dynamic joint conditions, SpecSeal® ES accommodates up to 25% joint movement and is compatible with spray-applied fire-resistive materials (SFRM). Its non-halogenated formula is free from solvents, asbestos, PCBs, and inorganic fibers, ensuring safe handling and environmental compliance.
