3M™ Venture Tape™ Metal Building Facing Tape 1537CW is a general-purpose PSK tape designed to be used as a vapor sealant for faced insulation jobs, such as Lamtec™ WMP™-VR facings. This tape is excellent for humidity, high moisture and high heat applications. The black metalized polypropylene film/scrim/kraft facing tape is coated with an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that bonds and seals extremely well in cold temperatures. This tape is moisture- and mold-resistant and provides tear-resistance and durability through its tri-directional reinforcement. It has an ASTM specification of C1136 (Type IV) and it's backing delivers a PERM rating of 0.09. For vapor seal results that last in demanding temperature conditions, use 3M™ Venture Tape™ Metal Building Facing Tape 1537CW.
