It’s Beach puncture test resistance is more than five times the requirements as established by HUD! Staple hold out is excellent. Penetrations and cuts will not spread and can be easily patched using our FLEX-MEND® tape.
MOBILE-FLEX is a high-performance material engineered for exceptional durability, fire resistance, and moisture control. Proven through seven years of harsh Arizona weather exposure, it retains over 70% of its strength. It’s UL 723 tested with zero flame spread and smoke development, ensuring top-tier fire safety. With a black polyethylene coating, MOBILE-FLEX is completely waterproof and functions as a reliable vapor barrier, boasting a perm rating of just 0.037.
