SpecSeal ES Sealant is a premium, latex-based firestop sealant formulated for construction joint applications. It cures to form a flexible, durable barrier against fire and smoke, with the ability to accommodate up to 25% movement in dynamic joints. This water-based, thixotropic sealant is easy to apply, safe to use, and free from solvents, asbestos, PCBs, and inorganic fibers. Ideal for high-build applications, it meets rigorous standards including ASTM E90, ASTM E1966 (UL2079), ASTM G21, and CAN/ULC-S115.
