These products are based off a patented formula containing an HFO (Hydro Fluoro Olefin) blowing agent that has a global warming potential of 1, compared to the blowing agent currently used by the competition having a global warming potential of over 1,000. That’s right… BOSS® 2-Part HFO Foam is 1,000 times better for the environment as compared to the competition, and there is no sacrifice in performance and no upcharge as is typically seen with better environmental performance. The BOSS® 2-Part HFO Foam family of new spray foam products will have a density of 1.75 lbs/ft3, an initial R value of 6.9 per inch, and will have a shelf life of 12 months from date of shipment. Also, BOSS® 2-Part HFO Foam will offer a patented dispense system, including a mix nozzle that reduces the potential for back-flow from either component and minimizes the risk of clogging during the application. These features will help the user obtain a more consistent and high-quality foam.
BOSS® 2-Part HFO Foam is a high quality 2-component polyurethane spray foam for filling and sealing in professional and industrial applications. It is supplied in two portable, disposable and pressurized cylinders requiring no external power source, no extra pressure and no pumps. The patent-pending dispensing gun is equipped with specially developed nozzles, assuring a high-quality foam is produced.
