Product Description
Insulation holes in wood sheathing are typically sealed with pre-cut, tapered wooden plugs. Our Rough Sawn Cedar plugs are specially designed for easier installation and a natural, textured finish that blends seamlessly with rough cedar siding or paneling. Unlike fully tapered plugs, ours are tapered for only 7/8 of their thickness, allowing for smooth insertion, while the top 1/8 remains full diameter to ensure a tight, flush fit.
Crafted from kiln-dried cedar and manufactured on precision equipment, these plugs offer consistent sizing, durability, and excellent weather resistance. A key advantage of our production process is that plugs are cut from both ends simultaneously—eliminating splintered face edges and saving time by reducing the need for patching or sanding.
