This silver foil tape is a 3.5 mil, alloy aluminum foil backing used with fiberglass duct-board to provide a dependable vapor barrier to the insulating system. It conforms to irregular surfaces such as FSK facings and blends with the basic facing pattern to provide a vapor barrier that assures integrity of the insulation system.
