Ideal for use with batt or blown-in insulation, this original-style baffle features an integrated wind-wash barrier and an extended vertical element, providing reliable performance for most attic configurations and R-value requirements.
The dual-function design forms a consistent ventilation channel under the roof sheathing, promoting healthy air circulation while the built-in barrier prevents wind-washing—protecting insulation from being displaced near the eaves. This helps maintain proper insulation depth, reduces thermal bypass, and ensures that conditioned air stays where it belongs.
Made from 100% recycled, flame-retardant PVC, AccuVent baffles are compatible with all insulation types, including spray foam, and can be quickly installed with just a few staples.
